Dengan nama Allah yang Maha Pengasih lagi Maha Penyayang. Beberapa hari yang lepas (akhir bulan Mac yang lalu), saya dapat tahu melalui status dan gambar yang di'upload' dalam profail ayah angkat dan Aajaan Abd Razak Panaemalae (pensyarah di Universiti Walailak) di Facebook, bahawa  banjir besar berlaku di Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand. Pada waktu diberitahu, hujan turun tidak henti dan angin kencang. Sebenarnya ini bukan pertama kali berlaku kerana pada akhir tahun lepas, kejadian banjir juga pernah berlaku di tempat yang sama, namun banjir kali ini agak kritikal kerana menurut Aajaan Razak, terdapat beberapa kampung yang terputus hubungan akibat bencana tersebut. Malah, kakak saya memberitahu (dia ada menonton Buletin Utama di TV3 - malang bagi saya, sebab TV di rumah saya rosak pula, jadi tidak dapat mengikuti berita di sana >_<), ada beberapa orang penduduk di sana yang terkorban, namun tidak pasti berapa ramai mangsa yang terlibat.
